EMPANADAS: THE QUINTESSENTIAL LATIN DISH

A flavourful filling packed in dough and baked or fried. The filling for our empanadas is slowed cooked and the dough is mixed in small batches. The empanadas are handformed, blast frozen (super frozen foods category) and packed by hand. Each step of the process is carefully monitored and quality is kept at its highest throughout the whole process.

Cooking InstructionsOven: ovens may vary, please adjust time & temperature accordingly. For best results place frozen product on a baking tray and into a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 7) for suggested times, until pastry is golden brown and fully cooked. We recommend using baking parchment.
